28 approvals for NSC so far this month in Rupnet

I worked out that Rupnet needs to show more than 100 (probably 120) approvals per month simply to avoid a growth in the backlog

Question to All who Applied for I-485

My understanding is that Rule #1 of working with the USCIS is: NEVER send original documentation.

    New Status Message

D1203, I believe you left out a few steps... You said that the processing stream is: Recieved->FP sent->FP recieved->RFE sent->RFE recieved->final status I think it is more like: Recieved->FP sent->FP recieved->Transferred->RFE sent->File Lost->RFE recieved->File found to be wrongly...

    how long?

No Audit I found this on a web site this morning: 10/14/2003: No Annual USCIS File Audit This Year The USCIS disclosed to the AILA that unlike the practice in the previous years, the USCIS will not conduct the annual file audit this year. It is thus unlikely that processing of cases will...

I Agree - remove that thread It is irrelevant to the I485 topic. It also contains racist undertones and I think it is counterproductive to the environment of cooperation that we have established here.

    Greenland Summary Report

Summary Update I have added a Totals column at the extreme right of the Stats sheet and a %Remaining ros. I am also in the process of building the LIN035 list. At present, just less than 40% of the LIN ranges 001 to 200 have been approved. I think this is the number to watch.

    Greenland Summary Report

gvaknin, The remaining cases are simply those that have not been approved or denied/withdrawn. Since earlier cases are more likely to be approved before later cases, it is therefore reasonable that the later the LIN, the more remaining cases there should be. Of course, it does not explain...

    Greenland Summary Report

Summary Update I have updated most of the LIN ranges. It is interesting to note that the NSC has a definite 'dislike' for certain LIN's like 030, 085, 110 & 125 since these have very low approval %s. IonCohen, I have some pressures right now and will get back to you as soon as I have some...

Lot of Approvals on Lin 02076

LIN List Malis, Do you have a complete list of LIN's for 076? If so, can you zip them and post the list here. I would like to insert the list into the Summary Report.

Ioncohen, Yep. You can email me the updated list at gicleonard@yahoo.com and I will put it into the Summary report. Whenever you get an update, email it to me and I will update the summary report. Thanks

    Greenland Summary Report

Summary Update I have updated the files for LIN001 and LIN011. It is wierd that there were NO 485's received for LIN010. I have only checked the first 1000 LIN's for LIN011 so the stats might be a little dicey for that day.

Thanks Bootsncamo, I have emailed you my info. I think if we have more than two volunteers, we can provide a comprehensive update at least once per week.

    Greenland Summary Report

waitingformyGC, Except for the few people that have provided me some feedback for the Summary Report, I have had to build all the lists on my own. The rest of the board have been takers and not givers of LIN lists. As far as my records go, the following people have contributed: Pork...

    Unbelievable

I think that even 570 to 600 days is not realistic given the NSC record. They have been saying that these cases are taking around 26 months, so I would not be surprised if the message changes to around 790 days.

    NSC latest processing times

Suspicion There is no doubt that the NSC uses an advanced statistical forecasting tool in arriving at their processing date estimates - a dart board with some blindfolded players.
