Unbelievable

question

If some of you think this message is an error - How come the message does not come up for all I-485 applications. Some of the people in this thread have reported that their messages have remained the same and does not say 30-90 days?????
 
I took a brief look at VSC and CSC's forums and didn't see the same thread.

So does this problem only happen to NSC filers?

If it's a technical/DBA problem, then this problem should be across the broad ...
 
I called the National Customer Service number and checked my case status on the automated service and it says the same - 30-90 days!!!!!!!!
 
Have any of you heard of I-485 cases being transferred to the local BCIS office? If that does happen, do you think that the 30-90 days" message is for the cases being transferred to the local offices?????
 
I think that even 570 to 600 days is not realistic given the NSC record. They have been saying that these cases are taking around 26 months, so I would not be surprised if the message changes to around 790 days.
