Yes, your employer's behavior is disgusting! It should do something else to keep employees. I remember seeing some expert's post in this forum saying that once your GC is approved, nobody can easily take it back or cancel it... At least, I can not figure out a way how your employer could do...

Is interview a MUST procedure for every one for I-485 approval and receiving card? My online status changed to welcom notice yesterady but I have not had an interview. I have had FP twice, with picture taken and finger print taken for all fingers both times. Thanks much for comments.
