Same here but did finger print on 1/18/2007 LUD changed on 1/18/2007 and 1/22/2007 but no msg change

Got the letter from NSC I got the letter yesterday which indicated I'm officially stuck in "background check". The finger print was done 06/2005. Does that mean the name check was initiated by then but got stuck? Will contact local congresswoman to see if she can help.

You can see AP in one Envelope We did this at least twice with NSC and had no problem at all. Just follow the stickey in AP/EAD forum. There are samples of cover letters etc. Very helpful. Good luck!
