    assur: don't worry, wait for the RFE's and respond.....i had received RFE on denpendents 5th EAD too..we got approval within week. if your RFE is saying they are unable to find I-140 or any visa link to your dependent and ask you to send birth certificate or marriage cirtificate then this...

    i received same USCIS reponse from our congressmen.....one month back nothing happend yet....USCIS sends standard reply to senator & congressmen to be safe....it has worked for few people....

    as long as you have active FP you should be ok.. i would recommend taking infopass and talking to IO.

    Got EAD in 25 days.. NO LUD ON 485

    i had applied for our 5th EAD on June 6th received approval on July 23rd... filed 5th AP renewal yesterday....

    i was able to speak to a nice lady @ FBI she told me our Finger Pringt was send out to USCIS on same day August 14 2007... i saw LUD on our I-485(08/14/07, 08/15/07) let see what happens now.....

    all Said Is Correct But When Your Case Gets Picked By The Adjudicator And He Is Not Aware Of This Your I-485 Will Enter In Big Hole....

    ONE CANNOT HAVE TWO STATUS.... YOU COULD HAVE EITHER PAROLE STATUS OR H1B STATUS You are allowed to use H1B as long as its valid....even though you have approved EAD&AP.

    i would suggest calling TSC again speak to another IO.....also do make info pass appointment and speak to IO @ field office.
