THe fact that they will try to approve cases for as many visa numbers available is true, but for which dates is not correct

in last few days we have noticed approvals for 2000, 2005, 2004, 2001, 2002, 2003 everything

So thats a draw.....

But TSC IO are scrap...... they never talk politely...some reason :rolleyes:
 
Just got back from Infopass. My case is pre-adjudicated (whatever that means) and the name check were completed on 08/08/2007. Nothing pending... was told to wait.... :)

dont know is that is correct info from NSC IO
what will happen to those people who are struck in name check

how about the cases who filed in 2006 even though their PDs are in 2001?????

I dont think so, because in my case,its a different story, may be I am not a lucky person but for some people it could be true . When I called NSC I got different informations with a different IOs . Day 1 ,IO says everything was clear you can expect a decision shortly. After one week, different IO says, NC pending. I called again next day, another IO says, yours background checks were pending since 10/2004 so we couldnt do anything. Its happening me, every week with a different IOs and different answers.

The latest and greatest for this week:

monday :initiated for further exetended over review on 7/30/07 and again on 7/31/07.

wed : everythig clear you will receive a decision by aug 23 rd 2007
(I thought it was a great news but not anymore)

today : its pending because NC not cleared so we couldnt do anything.

Guys tell me one thing, which one is a correct version to trust. You will know your self with this type of answers.

I do understand your pain. Most IO's gives wrong answers... But as per other IO wait until Aug 23rd..it may be true, you might getting approved by then... :p

Any news that strengthens our thread of hope is good news!
But I am not sure if it is a news or street talk.
 
Yup whats with October 2nd... It should have been sept 30th. may be they have a delay period of 2 days.

This will definitely give you comfort. Yesterday at Infopass I was told that my NC is pending.... she showed me the screen....... huh... I told her that I was informed my name check was cleared. So, she checked again... and said "actually there are 2 request for name check, one was cleared on 08/08/2007... so your FBI name check is done". I asked her, what about the other one ?.... She said, "It shouldn't be a problem, your name check is done... IO will know about it when they will work on your case".

Conclusion, these stupid reps look at the first screen and don't bother to take a good look at the case.

I hope this clarifies the issue of people getting different answers about FBI Name check.

its good relif for name check pending candidates (atleast those who got name check pending answer's from IO 'S)
