    Thanks for sharing this information! Apparently waiting won't help us at all. I have asked for help from both senators and congressman, but unfortunately only Sen. Cantwell's office is willing to help and has been checking my status every 60 days. My congressman is full of anti-immigration...

    Man 90% of those cases (filed in '03/04) I know have not been approved.

    Just wait a few days until the dates are official. USCIS representitives won't tell you anything useful anyway. They try hard not to take your enquiries. Even if they take yours, their replies are again bogus BS. (Maybe nobody really know what your case status is - their systems are too...

    Contact your local senators or congressmen - they can get your status in a few months. If you enquire FBI yourself, it may takes years to get a response.

    <rant> These dates are meanlingless. They could not find enough applicants who are ready to be adjusted because of either retrogression or security check or finger prints or whatever check they have. That's why they jump their dates back and forth just to make fun. They are just sitting...
