My Senator's office staff has been great help to me since December 2005 the time when I started bugging them to find out the "REAL" status of my pending AOS because I was frustrated with the NSC run of the mill responses. Anyway, last week the senator staff called me and said that your PD is current, however, FBI NC is pending and FP (10 fingers) has expired (Oct. 2005), as soon as this is done the petition will be adjudicated: this is verbatim as told by NSC congressional liasion to senator staff. The NSC person also said that NSC will schedule FP ONLY after the NC is done; and on Saturday I received FP notices. So, senator staff as well as I am guessing that this is a possible relation between NC and scheduling of final FP, i.e., my NC is done. Waiting for last 2 years! Others can draw parallels with this, and I am curious to know if that is the case with some of you. Thanks.
