LUD Change - Strange...

My 140 has been approved in March 2004 and ever since it is pending. I am on EB3 category and yesterday i noticed LUD change and no text change. No Change in 485 status. I am from retro country.

Did any one had the same experience?

LUDs are meaning less...till message apprears.....as it just means somebody just touched your case........don't bother!
 
Just realized that my LUD for I-140 is changed to 6/10/2006 too...weird. It might mean something but I am suspicious
 
Same thing happened to me. I140 approved Feb 2005, LUD changed 6/10/2006, No message change though. Confirmed with my employer nothing changed from their side.

Happened to me also..but I thought

Attorney submitted response to RFE that was delivered to NSC on June 5, 2006 but date or status has not been updated on pending 485 applications.

I changed job using AC21 in February 2006. Company's attorney decided to submit AC21 documents proactively. When his office was about to mail documents to USCIS, I received RFEs on our pending 485 applications. RFE was for medical reports as we did not submit them with 485 applications.

Attorney decided to mail AC21 documents and RFE responses together. They thought that this way it can be ensured that AC21 documents land in my file correctly.

Now, after almost two weeks of submitting the documents, there is no update in date updated/status of the cases. However, I saw date updated to 6/10/2006 on my I140 that was approved in August 2005 and after that never had a date update.

Has anyone run into the situation where date update happened very late or did not happen but documents made to the correct files?

I plan to take up with attorney's office some time next week.

485 LUD changed on 6/15/06

EB2 retro country, PD current.

Any news from you guys who had the same thing last week?
 
Nothing here...In fact my I485 LUD was 9/2004 for an AR-11.

It gets worse when I check on phone..."Unable to look it up at this time...please call up later"

I experienced the same thing. My I140 was approved on Jan 19, 2006 after the clerance of security review.

LUD change on approved 140 due to the EAD and AP application for both my spouse and myself in Mar 2006.

On 6/10 another LUD change on I140.

Security review clear: Jan 2006
I-140 AD: Jan 2006

i too saw the LUD change after 5 months of 140 approval. Thenext day I got the message'
This approval has been informed to the port or concerned consulate on --- date.

I am also waiting for the 485 approval.
