No, there was no change in the online status when we received the 2nd FP notice. You may not get 2nd FP notice if they took your picture and signature in the first FP itself. If not then you should get 2nd FP notice. When did u do your 1st FP? was picture taken during that?

The AP RFE was for photos (there was reflection)

If you had the code 3 in your first FP (and they took your picture) then you may not get the 2nd FP notice. 2nd FP notive was sent to the people whose first FP notice was issued before the new Biometrics process was introduced. This is my understanding

No not yet, I have not received the RFE letter yet (or will the attorney get it??). We did receive the AP approval letters for dependents.

No this can not be true, my collegue got his I-140 approved in 3rd week of dec (sub labor filed in Feb 04)

I filed 140/485 with sub labor. As the original employee had already got 140 approved (he did not file 485), we did not have original labor. We used a copy of labor. for us EADs and APs are approved (except my AP which has an RFE). So check with your attorney.
