Opened case, no 45 day letter yet. My P/D is Oct. 2001 and my case was opened. I have not received a 45 day letter yet.

My priority date is October 21, 2001. Received an RFE back in October 2004, to which my attorney replied. No news since then. My attorney believes that all cases, even the opened ones, have been sent to BEC. I would just like to know where our October 2001 cases are.

The NOF was (I assume) received from state. My lawyer doesn't give me much information.

It was received by NY October 23, 2001.
