Updated Foreign Labor Certification Processing Times

They updated the labor certification processing times on August 10, 2004...NY State is still on Sept. 2001 and Regional is Apr. 2004. Infuriating. Does anyone know why State has been stuck on Sept. 2001 for the past 3 months?

FYI, my PD is Oct. 2001.

Yes, if NJ or any other state had the same amount of cases as NY had. But it would be interesting to find out how long did NJ take for september cases.

if we compare NJ processing schedules, NY DOL state and regional processings will be like this for another 2 or 3 months. NY state sept 01 and NY regional april 04 struck.
