    No Title When they publish the date, It means they are processing until that date and it is not the completed date as per my IIO conversation last week.

    No Title I called IIO few minutes back, got a very rude IIO told me that it will take a while to process. She just told it will 1.5 to 2 years after the filing of I485. My ND is Aug 9\' 99

    Talked to VSC IIO 5 minutes ago

    No Title I think you dont have to worry. I took finger printing on June 27th I guess, I checked with FBI after 1 week, they told it is been sent to INS. But according to INS file they only received on July 31st. Please check your case after 1 month , you should be ok.

    485 in VSC, FP in CA, but FBI sent FP results to CSC, what I should do

    No Title I have the same situation just as you do. I did my finger printing in CSC but case filed in VSC just 2 weeks back. Got the same reply from FBI. But no need to worry just like SV1 told, confirmed with lawyer and local SFO finger printing office that it is stored in National system...
