VSC Telephone number not answering ...

I tried calling VSC to check the status of my case today
morning, I got connected the second time I tried but nobody
is answering, not even the automated message.
The number I tried,is 1-802-527-4913.

Same thing happend with me twice yesterday. I thought, dailed wrong number by mistake. Third time I got the automated message.

I got it through today.
I talked to an IIO, my ND is Aug 9\'99. She told
me I will know about the status of the case very soon.
Probably within 2 months.
