No response yet My wife's RFE response sent on 12/10 and the USCIS ack on 12/14, after that for the two days LUD changed. And the present LUD on her I-485 is 12/16/04. The RFE is for her medical records/shots. Officer #242. No response yet.

Our case is similar. I have yet to send the reply for my wife’s medical RFE. Have you responded to the RFE of your lawyer did for you. I want to handle my self, so my question is what type of cover letter we need to send. If you have the sample format please post here. Thanks.

I-140 Approved ! Just now (12/01/04) I got I-140 approval email(s). No change on LUD for my I-485. But they issued RFE on my wife’s I-485 and no change on LUD of my Son's I-485.
