Anyone is closer to my Dates please post here...
No change in my status or in my profile..

Second EAD -- approved last month..
No change in LUD !!!
 
FP on Oct 04, LUD changed on Oct 18, 2004
Spouse did FP on Oct 29, no LUD since then
eager to know if can be processed/approved before Jan 05.

The exp. letters that I had sent USCIS were not company letterheads. I got all the letters and responded to the RFE. It was received by USCIS on 11/18. I also got the I-140 Approval on 11/24. + One of our 485s have been approved. I don't know if it is mine or my wife's. I'll call the lawyer and get the information.

Congrats !!! thank s for the response..is there any particular format for the exp.letter to be given apart from the company letterhead..

do not worry all the 485 's will be thru next week...

please let me know..

Ability to Pay RFE Issued on: Nov 24, 2004

One of my friend whose I140 was filed a month after mine also got a RFE.

So I guess they are processing Nov\Dec 2003 petitions also.
 
December 2003 case approved

A co-employee (who works in FL) has his Dec 2003 case approved last week.

Did you do your FP?
My wife and I have the same notice date as yours. My wife did her FP in Mar 04 whereas I did not receive mine yet.

I-140 Approved !

Just now (12/01/04) I got I-140 approval email(s). No change on LUD for my I-485. But they issued RFE on my wife’s I-485 and no change on LUD of my Son's I-485.
