Medical RFE covering letter

Could any one recently handled the medical RFE(Spouse), if so please could you post the covering letter that need to be sent along with the RFE notice & sealed envelope. And also could you list all of the documents that need to be sent along with the RFE.

Let your attorney handle that ... 'cos it will be safe..

Can you tell me di du receive any emails for your approval..some of my friends didn't ge any emails at all..
Later came to know they are approved from attorney..

Still waiting..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got Medical RFE for both my wife and I. I just redo the whole exam and send the sealed envelop to INS. My lawyer did cover letter
