RFE replied and acknowledged by TSC

Hi,

Both my wife and I received the RFE for proving the work authorization for a certain period. The attorney replied the RFE for us. Then the online message for each of us shows that TSC received the RFE reply from the attorney. Then, the LUD changed twice while there is no change in online message.

We are anxiously waiting for the final decision. Is there anyone who got the same RFE? How long does it take for TSC to make the decision for such cases?

I485-Sep 2002, I am in the same boat. USCIS RFE date was Nov 16th, we acknowledged the receipt of our response on 12/07/04 and there were LUD changes every day from Dec 8th to 14th with no change in the text.

What are you dates?

Myself and wife are also anxiously checking on line status.. This is so frustrating.

Can other chat members share their experience/RFE dates ?
 
RFE ack date: 12/15/04.

Let's have a little more patience for TSC. It would be so nice if our cases can be decided before the great holiday.

LUD : 12/16/04
LUD again : 12/17/2004 with same message as under
AD : ????

Current Status:

On December 15, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
 
had rfe on dec 7th to give letter from employer then lud changed twice on 9th and 10 dec then approval on 14th dec...but only for self nothing on spouse's since fp lud of oct 7th
