We did FP on 05/30/2002 but that has not been updated on AVM so far. I checked with FBI and was told that it was sent to NSC on June 1st. My lawyer called NSC and was told that our FP was cleared on June 4th.

Hi, My AVM has never updated our FP although my attorny told me that NSC told them that our FP was cleared on June 4, 2002. I don't know how long we have to wait. People who filed their I-485 are receiving their approval.

I-485 delay No news about my case yet. One thing is for sure that NSC's official processing time for I-485 is April 1, 2001. Hopefully, they will touch my case soon.

How does I140 processed for CP affect the processing time of I485? I know that our entire visa petition file was supposedly forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) after the approval of I104. Do we need to contact NVC and tell them to transfer our files back to INS? Thank you very much.
