    I-797 I-94 All Expired EAD and Valid EAD. Valid Passport If any Or Driver Licence If H1 --- H1 Visa. Expired AP and Valid AP if Any Two PP Photo ( Get four in case you need Temp GC) This was what I took for stamping and was fine..
