    Should I stay or leave?

LOL- Prae you're too funny- trying to boost your confidence level or are you just bored? I won't ever forget when you made fun of a forum member's english-people complain when others come to the US and not learn the language and you my dear make fun of their efforts. And let's not forget...

Wife has Driver License from NJ - Does it matter for Interview?

Yes it makes a huge difference especially since the license is from neighboring states. I did not change my FL license to NY and my IO gave me real hard time. It's easier to prove/believe that you do live together when the states listed on the id are miles apart. I gave the same reason to my...

Can I travel after interview and before GC arrival?

I traveled using my advance parole after my interview. Entered the country with no problems. On my second trip my green card arrived in the mail while I was out of the country. I had hubby mail it to me and I entered using my gc.

    important

just had an epiphany... First off let me say I completely agree with LucyMo's post and based Soccer203's response it appears that the shoe just might fit. I just realized that my hussy and I actaully had 2 different "homes" after we got married. I think at that time I had about 2-3 months...

Do you live in the same state? If so, this would be an immediate red flag and I doubt you would be able to provide a valid reason for living apart.

sounds like a big tax problem

You don't have to be physically present in the US in order to file your taxes. Once you have your w2/1099 from your former job you are good to go ( if not, call them and request a copy) check out the irs website to get the forms and where to mail them. I think you can also file it online at...

sounds like a big tax problem

Depending on the answer to LucyMo's post, you can try calling the IRS. Sometimes you get someone helpful other times not. It actually might be better to call the closest H&R block. http://www.irs.gov/ http://www.hrblock.com/index.html

    General Help Question

I know zilch about Cali, but if you ever end up in New York P3...., (he doesn't have to work or live in the US in order to make payments on his loan- yes an income is needed, but it doesn't have to be here- earning US dollars. Where ever he chooses to live, he just has to consider the...

Well I can only speak from my experience. If that causes anxiety or confusion then that I can't help. Who is sure about anything with these people our this process. We can only do our little chit-chat and speak of our experiences. Your response is some what weird considering that you have not...

    USC passport for AOS interview

They cross check the address on the drivers license for both the husband/wife. If the address is different it raises a red flag. Just an opinion PR. Don't jump all over me.

can my husband file for my mother although i was denied

Well whatever the thesis is, USCIS has some reasoning. I was just putting in my 2 cents based on the fact that people do get second interview dates 1-2 years after the first. Don't be so hasty to punish, people fall in love and get married after a couple of months (even weeks) of knowing each...

can my husband file for my mother although i was denied

We've now heard about a few cases where the date for the second interview is scheduled 1-2 years after the first one. The immigration process is constantly changing and it appears that this incidence will become a norm. Based on what I've read and been told, it seems as if the agent...
