I applied a little over a month ago and my case has already been tranferred to DO. My 5th anniversary is October, 27 so it's another 40 days. I think I have a pretty good chance of getting interviewed before my anniversary and then my case will be stuck forever. Am I correct in my assumptions?

Received my FP today. The actual appointment is for August, 26 which is in 5 days so if I'd reported the issue in one month as USCIS suggests my case would've been considered abandoned by that time. :confused:
