Well, the high probability is that its a computer mistake. The processing time is ONE common msg, similar to email signature that applies to all corresponding cases. And this ONE common processing msg, might have been modified with typo.

Well, for the reason 485 might get rejected, its always best to use EAD after 140 is approved. Once you use EAD, you can revert it back to H1. Once you use EAD, your h1 will automatically get invalid. So, You need to have a sponsoring company again for H1. Best thing is to check lawyer

140 processing I have checked ONLINE status for my I-140 and it says "30 to 60 days"... Is it a mistake? I remember seeing the same msg as 30 - 360 days or something. Why did BCIS change my processing time? Or did I see the same msg from the beginning? I hope its not a data-entry typo...
