    I-140+I-824(Receipt) at Chennai Consulate

    dont send ACI-140 with I-824 receipt I have already experienced this. Chennai does NOT accept AC-140 with I-824 receipt. If you send it to them, you will not get an interview and also you will NOT get back your documents too.
