NVC case created .. anybody?

My I-824 was approved Jan22 @ CSC.
NVC still has NOT created a case.
Any one with the same situation?

not reached at NVC

CSC is horrrible in sending cases to NVC ! Has anyones\'s case reached in NVC yet from CSC??
