Have any CSC approved 140 cases reached NVC yet ?? I called

NVC today.still no luck. looks like CSC has not yet sent any cases approved during Dec 31-till date. Pls update if you have any info.

with CSC.Did you ask NVC people about this?

CSC I-140 Approval case

Hi targetGC and gckod. Same is my case.
I-140 Approval Date Jan 25 2002. No responce Yet. Any wild guess of when this will reach NVC?.

hi guys, thx for responding. This is what NVC says :

It seems the moment ANY case reaches NVC, it is scanned rt away.

Both operators that I spoke to today, say that even if the case has JUST reached NVC (AVM will not be updated), they will be able to see that and let us know that the case has reached.
So it appears to me that CSC is the real culprit here . someone has to try and talk to the CSC. I tried today but no use.

If you see cptracker and filter the CSC entries for the last 30 d, the scenario is obvious :

The last CASE to reach NVC from CSC has I-140 approval date : 12/28/01 !!!!
this seems to be correct as mbm (with 12/31) is still waiting too.

lets keep our other thread(I140 dates in Jan) active too.. thx
 
Talked to NVC operator today,

case has not reached NVC yet, my AD is 12/31/01, that operator suggested to follow up with INS, as it is more than 50 days now.

I have lost hopes on CSC sending my approval notice to NVC in near future.

Trying to reach INS since last 7-8 days, not able to get through the line. Only option is to visit their local office, but not sure it is going to help anyway.

Any suggestions?? other than just keep waiting...

Re-thinking on AOS option, as not sure how long should wait.

My 140 AD 12/31/01 Not yet received NVC

Yestreday I spoke to lady at INS-NSC, she said some how they didn\'t forward to NVC. They will forward today or tomorrow. So call at your INS & find out.
 
Same saga here ..

I-824 was approved by CSC on Jan\'23 2002. (changed from AOS to CP).
Called NVC they did NOT receive the case. Talked to NVC.
NVC officer asked me to wait for 90 days, before they can do anything about it. Can\'t get hold of CSC.
Anyone, staying close to CSC. They have a walk in facility to check status.
