hmmm then should i be worrying? my I485 LUD was updated in Sept last year...... and I didnt apply for my N400 till aug this year Anyone knows why an LUD would be updated on I485 without any reasons.

Interviews same day? If everything goes fine during the interview, is it safe to assume there is high probability that oath happens same day in Norfolk?

User55, Mine is very early in the monring, but I will be around if they let me take an Oath the same day, Mine is at 8:30. I dont mind doing carpool if you want to leave around 6:00 in the morning. what ever you prefer.

I received my IL in mail today. Scheduled for norfolk VA on 11/18 at 9:30 a.m. I hope they do Oath that day and I hope I get approved and I hope they offer me to take the Oath the same day :D

my online update happened at 4:00 a.m. and I had the smile at 6:30 when I logged in to my machine first thing in the morning.

hey Mimi, I had an update online to my case, sent to local DO for standard interview, no IL yet thoguh, it was updated on 10/13/2009 So I guess now I am just waiting for the IL, assuming all background checks are completed and now all is in hands of DO
