Calm down, this is normal. This happens when they request your A file.

---------------------------------------They may have shifted your file from location A to B. Once they touch the file you see LUD and LUD can be for anything.

I observed my 485 LUD changed after I sent my address change form(AR11), even though I didn't give any details of my GC in AR11

Only if there was some fraud involved in your I-485 pursuit. Your entire A-file is reviewed as part of your N-400 adjudication.
