Early mornig does not work. The will let all people with scheduled appointments ahead of you. They are closing 4PM, so 3 M sounds right time to try.

I tried. Waited the whole day without success. Too many people with scheduled appointments.

We’ve just received an audit letter. Reason for audit – “unable to verify that you are bona fide business entity” They requested documentation which will prove the existence of the company and all evidence of recruitment.

As you know, 100% of prevailing wage is required now for PERM. In addition, they will consider four skill levels for prevailing wage determination instead of two. They have a formula how to calculate wages for 4 levels, if only 2 are available from SWA, but does anyone has an idea how those...
