Hi,
I was on H1. My spouse was on H4. My kid is on H4.
Now I am on EAD & AOS and my spouse also on EAD & AOS.
What is the immigration status of my kid ?
If the answer is H4,
Can I extend my kid H4 based on my immigration status - AOS ?
Please help
Your child will be AOS and not H4 anymore from the day you used your EAD supposed you already filed I-485 for him (If not you can just apply for him for I485 with no problem)
