May - June'07 Fillers - Approvals(AP, EAD, FP notices) and LUDs only!

How long do you think its will take to start seeing I485 appovals since people who filed in May/June are starting to get their AP + EADs? I am hoping we start seeing I485 approvals end of the year....too hopeful?

EAD - self LUD 7/27 - Card production ordered
LUD 7/31 - Approval notice mailed
 
Just talked to IO and she said that Name check and finger prints check are clear for me and spouse. She said to me now just have to wait for our trun as everything is clear.

My Labor was approved based on PERM in April 07
I140 RD 5/29/07 AD 7/31/07 (approved in two months)
FP1: 6/21/07
AP (Travel Doc): RD 5/29/07 AD 7/11/07 (approved in 7 weeks or so)
EAD : RD 5/29/07 Spouse got approved 7/20/07 (that is in 8 weeks or so). My EAD is still pending with no LUD whatsoever!
485: RD 5/29/07 LUD- 6/22/07; 8/2/07

I am new too. From what I gather....
AD : Approval Date,
ND : Notice Date
RD : Receipt Date (which is usually very close to the Notice Date)
I wonder why people show both RD and ND? I mean, is not having RD enough?
I Don't know what FP1 (code 1 or 2 or whatever ) means?

Yeah..myself and wife is in Texas Service Center. She got EAD within 8 weeks. My EAD - nothing has happenned....no LUDS...nothing. Does wife's EAD always get approved first before husband's ? Experts...any thoughts?

Form I-485 - Application for Adjustment of Status - AOS (to Permanent Resident)

RD = Received Date (one that is on your receipts that your receive from USCIS)

ND = Notice Date (the date a 'notice' is generated; it could be just a receipt notice or an approval notice; or an RFE - we don't want an RFE at all)

AD = Approved Date (the date on which a petition is approved, whether it is EAD (employment authorization - I-765 or AP or AOS)

My wife's EAD got approved on Jul 12th. Mine still pending, it is almost a month after wife got EAD. And my wife's name check is cleared on Jun 25th( withing 27 days). Mine still pending for 70 days.

Hello miladinabi

How did you find out your wife's name check cleared? By fixing an Infopass appointment? If there a way to find that out by phone/email?
