    No Title I have serious doubts about new clearance procedures to enter Mexico. I had a CP interview in Ciudad Juarez on Dec. 13, and entered Mexico without anyone even looking at my passport, let alone visa or permit. So, don\'t get too excited.

    Recd plastic card..

    16 days We received our Green Cards today, just 16 days after stamping at POE in El Paso, TX. No errors, looks cool. They came in plain white envelops. Finally, our 8.5 years of immigration struggle is over. Good luck to all card-waiters, and a Happy New Year.

    Address change Don\'t kill yourself over this. The card will be forwarded to your new address by USPS provided you registered change of address with them. In addition, if you wish, you can file Form AR-11 (Change of address) with INS. Good luck.
