Can I re-enter the US with Temporory I551 stamp?

I am wondering if you guys can help me on this, I just stamped my passport and want to go to my home country. Is there any problem while re-entering US with that temp. stamp ? It does not even say USA (country name)
Since I am from India, do you think Indian Authorities will creat any problems?
