Hi Jem73

I don't want to offend anyone int his forum. But trying to see about the case status , if you aware of the fact that the Wyoming state labor has not processed any application I believe since mid June 2004.Till recently it was current.

Hi Guys,

As per the latest processing time published in this site, Wyoming is processing RIR applications received in June .It has moved by a month .Hopefully some news should be available by this month end or early next month for the applications filed in July.

God,

DOL rules got revised again. Did you see the new DOL guidelines to SWAs on 'handling on cases'?

http://www.murthy.com/news/n_dolsen.html

Can anyone answer what will happen to my application made at WY in August first week?

thanks
Pkanthi,

In my personal opinion (use your own discretion in deciding) if the current application filed from Wyoming gets cleared at state level and reaches DOL at Federal level to Denver before Nov or Dec 2004 then there should be no problem.

1. As per the recent Memo all federal DOL offices comprising 6 regions will consolidated, so the pending applications at these offices will be transferred to BEC and NPC after Dec 2004.So DOL office at Denver will not exist after Dec 2004.

Therefore it could get delayed for many if PERM is not implemented.

I filed my application through WY and the PD is 8/31/04....which would mean that I should not expect it to get cleared by dec....looking at the approvals that I have been seeing so far....
not much activity on this thread.....and definitely I dont see any approvals for ppl in june, july and aug.....
any updates??

Hi everyone,
The latest released news: Department Of Labor (ETA)'s FY 2005 Transitional Guidance - State Guidance For Processing Labor Certifications
http://www.ilw.com/lawyers/articles/2004,1026-gonzalez.shtm

Will this affect our current LC appplication? I am so worried about if my case didn't cleared in the end of this year, and this new rules start process in Jan 1, 2005, how should I do??? I can't wait like this because this is my 6th year H1B.

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you very much.

ITs my 6th year too and i am worried a lot too. Please update if anyone gets any further information on this issue.

Guys, Even if your in 6th year, as long as it is more than a year after you apply for labor, 6th year expiration does not matter.

If you have applied well into your 6th year, then there could be a problem.

The problem with this group is, people just see the postings and go away. They don't make an effort to exchange information.

I urge all the viewers to post their labor application receive date at WY office. Please co-operate. That we can track and see where WY SWA is in terms of processing applications.

Thanks,

Hi Guys,

I did not find anyone who have a priroty date on June 2004 posting any info in this forum, atleast there are few in this forum who have priroty dates from July onwards posting some info.

Please update this forum if cases filed in June or July ,2004 have cleared?

Thanks

kris
