My wife and I and my son were included on an approved I-130 filed by her brother. My son was under 21 years of age when the I-130 was approved. The NVC has contact me now to initiate GC processing since my priority date is approaching. My son is now 26 years and still in unversity and lives with us.

Would he be able to get his GC and live in the US with us ?

Not sure when I-130 has been approved, but here is I-797 info

The difference between approval date and priority date is 4 years and 11 months. So as long as your son is under 25 years and 11 months he will get his GC. Since he has already crossed 26, he will not get it.
