Unlikely. Please provide more information about your wife. Has she been accumulating illegal presence as well (ie. overstayed an I-94?)

She overstayed her I-94 and her 245i was denied.
Can she still have the grandfathering benefit? Maybe it is better for her to wait till I become a citizen someday.
