Still Waiting....
Well, I am posting again after a long period of no show. I see Dec 2002 filers getting approved. That's an encouraging sign. My case is still not approved. I got RFE notice on October 19 to submit secondary evidence towards birth and parentage. My wife got the same. It took us almost three weeks to get our documents together. We are sending the documents to our lawyer today. The waiting game starts again.....Tick..Tick....Tick....

The result clearly show that NCS is working on December 2002 cases. There are 70 approvals for Dec 27, 2002 filing in November. That is quite high. This may not seem to be the case for those who are still waiting (I am one of them). However, I am sure our turn will come. Hang in there and enjoy what you have.
One word of warning. This result is only for cases filed on Dec 27, 2002. Not knowing how NSC work, this may not represent the general trend for other cases.
