whom can I sponsor in my family back home

parents?

brother sister?

anyone else?

how do i do that. please advice

Spouse. Children. No one else.

You can sponsor the rest of them once you are a citizen. But keep in mind that you will be financially responsible for them.

Provided the I-130 was filed in 2000 or before. Practically speaking, the V visa no longer exists.
