Which docs are needed for derivative I485?

Hi,

My I-485 is pending and PD is not current but as soon as it becomes current I want to include my spouse name (she is on H1 currently) by filing the form for derivative I-485.

My question is what documents are required when adding her name?
Please help.

She needs proof of the dependent relationship to you - a copy of the marriage cert, a copy of your I-485 receipt and a copy of her I-94.

--------------------You just dont add her name. She has to file her Derivative I-485 with below documents.

She will fill up form I-485 (or lawyer will fill up) and will sign the form I-485
USCIS fee
She wil need copy of the marriage certificte
copy of your I-485 receipt
copy of her I-94 (front and back)
2 Photographs.
Copy of her Birth certificate
Form G325A (she can fill now and keep ready)
Medicals
I-134 affidavit of support (signed by you before Notary)
copy of her passport pages.
she will sign form G28 if lawyer is going to file her I-485.
*** (same documents that you filed with your I-485 application+ I-134+copy of her marriage to you+G325+Medicals+copy of her I-94 (front and back)

*** if she will also file for EAD then form I-765+2 Photo+USCIS Fee
**** If she will also file AP then form I-131+ USCIS fee+2 photographs

We didn't file I-134.

P.S. There is no separate EAD and AP fee - it's included with I-485 package fee.
