when my H1 expires ? urgent

Guys ,
Please help me . I think I am in serious trouble. I came to US on 11/28/2006 . My Visa says expiration date is 11/28/2006 and my petition says it is vaild till 11/28/2006. is not it contradicting each other ? Visa says it will expire on 11/28/2006 and petition says it is valid till 11/28 ? what is my status on 11/28/2006 ? My lawyer applied for extension and the new approval says it is valid from 11/30/2006 till 11/28/2007 . should it be from 11/28/2006 or 11/27/2006 ? In any case 11/30 looks wrong ? what I am supposed to do ? should I start packing ?it would be very difficult as we have a 2 weeks old baby

till what date is I-94 valid that you got last time

The date your lawyer filed H1 extension
the date H1Extension got approved
Do you have I-94 attached with H1 extension approval notice (lower right side)
did you talk to your lawyer who filed H1 extension? what did he say??

your new H1 should start from the day after the expiry date. Few days might not matter, but your dates are confusing.
You arrived on 11/28/2006?????

sorry Guys , I guess I am so tense , I came to US on 11/28/2000.
My current h1 approval notice says it is valid till 11/28/2006 . Visa stamp has expiry date 11/28/2006 and I94 has 11/28/2006 too
