I Am Married To Us Citizen For More Than 3 Years .i Want To Apply For Citizenship , Am I Eligible ? But Got My Card 2 Years Ago . Or I Have To Wait 3 Years After I Got My Green Card . I Am Confused.

You have to wait till you have been a GC holder for 3 years if you are still married to USC, otherwise it will have to be 5 years.

Any pending time in any application is not countable. count start from approval date.

Does this only apply to someone who received their GC through marriage? What if the GC was received through employment?

It's not about whether you got your green card through marriage or not. The 3 year/5 year distinction is based on whether you have been married to a US citizen. Being married to a US citizen doesn't mean you got your green card through marriage.

Exactly. Say you are an alien who has just received a GC via employer sponsorship. 3 months after getting your GC, you marry a US citizen - you are eligible to file the N-400 3 years (minus 90 days) later.

Not quite, because the "minus 90 days" part only applies to the 3 years of residence, whereas you must be married to the US citizen for the full 3 years before filing the N-400.

so I CAN APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP ,3 years (-90days) after green card through marriage , should i subtract the 55 days of vacation spent outside USA.

Intermittent departures from US do not necessarily affect your 3-year clock.

Have you read the Natz guide, yet. It expalins all this
