If she remembers 100 questions she need to answer 6 correct answers out of 10 asked by officer.

If she fails the the civics/history test, she will be rescheduled to come back for another interview, usually within 60-90 days.

I don't think a person who tried to remember 100 questions can not answer 6 questions.?
If did not understand the question for first time, need to ask to repeat the question. I bet you will know the answer by then.

Best thing is to practice the questions by mock interview and best thing is to remember only one answer even though the question has multiple correct answers.

Secondly, need to practice writing part by practicing spellings from the practice book given to you at the time of finger print.

According to regulation, applicants who fail the English literacy and/or civics test during their first examination will be rescheduled to appear for a second opportunity to take the test (8 CFR 312.5).

Good luck.
