What is my case status if waiting for background/namecheck to be done?

Hello

I had my GC through marriage interview on Friday, July 27. IO didn't ask us any questions he simply requested us to give him some documents that shows our name together for the file record purpose. He mentioned that out of two clearances one is not yet cleared so once that clearance is done I will receive my GC in mail. We are moving so IO changed our address on file. He also stamped something on our file. I am not sure what.

Now when I am filing AR 11 what should I put under: I am in United States as:
1) Vistior/Student/Permentant Resident: No
2) Other (Specify)
*H1B: Currently I am on H1B but I am leaving my job tomorrow. So I don't think I can put H1B.

* Case Pending
* Case Approved
I am not sure when I am waiting for my name check and/or background check up what type of status my file has. Case pending or approved??

Also, I had my FP done on June 13th but I am still waiting for my EAD card.

Who ever your sponsor is, yes. If it is your wife that is moving with you and she's the sponsor then yes.

Actually an I-864 comes into effect only after the AOS is approved. An I-865 is needed only when the I-864 is in effect. Since the OP hasn't been approved for AOS, the sponsor (wife) can move without the need for an AR-11.
