what if my waiver request get rejected?

sorry i cant go through all posts..thats why im asking such common questions..so if my J1 waiver request get rejected..so i have to return to home country or my J1visa status will remain ?means can i stay here even after waiver rejection

yes, you can stay till the end of your J status (from the DS form) but because you applied for waiver, you can not extend the J or get new J forever.
