Is this forum still active for new / junior people who are in the early stage of asylum and green card path?

I noticed that if the question is not related to N-400, then most likely the question will be ignored and skipped.

Other nem members posted those questions and never got answers. I wish I could provide helpful information but unfortunately I don't have that good knowledge to answer their questions.
I really missed Thankful.

.....and have to go through the old threads (2008,2009) to find answers for my questions....

assylum If I dont know correct answer I dont want to give false information. I know that people who posting their question here in need of right information, not just what somebody think, but what is true. If I know the answer Im trying to post that.

God knows what's happened to this forum. Over the past 10 months or so, the most "disastrous" and most sought queries involve around 212.a.3.b. and many "experts" have decided to keep their silences. Knowingly or unknowingly, god knows. No wonder why we keep seeing so many members in other forums like trackitt asking the same questions.

I've noticed, most of the new members don't do their homework, most of the questions asked has been previously answered and stored in the forum database. Before I post a question I dig the database and 90% of the time I find the answer, except for the 212.a.3.b; may be law has be fixed in order to get relief from this bar.

I think majority of the members that made this forum great either already have become citizens and have no interest in visiting this forum or they are on path to citizenship. I think it would be nice of senior members to visit forum from time to time and offer advise. Atleast I plan to do so after I become a citizen.

As for 212.a.3.b, there is not much to do unless Congress passes some sort of amendment. Of course, you can initiate litigation against them, but make sure that you either

demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that you did not know, and should not reasonably have known, that the organization was a terrorist organization, or

demonstrate that you no longer a member of that group.
