What evidence and documents should I submit with I-485?

Passport of what country? Did you travel to your country after approval?

How would you do that??? They ask in application when last time you entered US and have you been physically present in US for more then one year after approval

Another question, do you put the I-94 issued by the asylum office or the I-94 when you entered the country initially?
