Put your case number here. https://egov.uscis.gov/ if you see something about fees were waived your application got approved. If it shows decision was mailed, it’s most likely denial. Check this website with your alien number to see if you were referred to court. https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/ Keep me updated

he got referred to court bc of a mistake on their end. i i will follow his case and let you guys know.

The officer who conducted our interview appears to have seriously mishandled our case. In the decision letter we received, it states that our case was not denied, but that no decision could be made, and that the final outcome will be determined in court. The level of confusion and inaccuracy is deeply concerning.
We have been informed that my family and I have allegedly been unlawfully present in the United States since 2008, having overstayed our authorized period. This is entirely incorrect. Neither I nor any member of my family has ever been unlawfully present in the U.S.—not even for a single day.
We are now preparing all relevant documentation to present in court, and our attorney will ensure that everything is submitted properly. It is profoundly troubling that the life and future of an entire family can be affected by such a careless and unprofessional handling of a case. Human lives deserve to be treated with seriousness, diligence, and respect.

Congrats, do you mind me asking which office?
I had my at Newark on June 30, status after interview was decision pending and on Aug 1st changed to application is pending. I was asked for rfe on after the interview and submitted it right away.
Don’t know how long I should wait? Officer was nice and super cool.

same newark. tbh, everything that you have gone through and mine aligns. i was also asked for RFE during the interview as well. and yeah the officer was super cool and nice as well. praying for your approval. got the decision on the 99th day after the interview. best of luck!
