Waiting Asylum decision

Wow congrats. I had mine on April 30th and still no decision given. I am getting worried…
Everyone on different boat bro, some cases are easy to process, some officers are fast and able to give out decision easily, some cases doesn’t need extra review with supervisor or headquarter, some officers gets so busy they forget to do anything about it, so crucial you keep reminding them!

By older cases you mean the date when I file application? In the history I have 2 ead decisions. I thought there should be a case that I completed the interview. But it's not there.
I'm checking my case online and 'decision is pending'. Does the app has more detailed updates? I downloaded it and uninstalled in a 2 min due to ridiculous amount of ads.
Yes, I mean the date you filed application.
Latest EAD cases are trackable but not our old asylum cases from 2010s.
If you get approved, you should be able to add your case to online account.

Regarding the app, yeah it has a lot of ads but it can give you an update on your case without going to the website, re-entering receipt#. Fair trade in my opinion.
When you click on the "Decision is pending" in the app, you shall see all updates that were made throughout years to your case.

Hi, thank you for your response. I have checked this and still same decision pending. I got another notification this morning that action has been taken, making 4 emails so far. It's as if they are playing with me at this point lol
I received 2 and then got my decision , the notice was dated on the 30th of June and I only received it today

That's interesting. Did you get a final notification before you saw your decision? It has been over 2 weeks now since I got those notifications. I haven't gotten any update since then.

Did you get approved?
Court referral and now I don’t know what to do next because I would have to withdraw the rates in my state to get approved is very low and I need to return to my home country due to a big loss and take the remains back , they said my fear was not credible which is horrific due to me being persecuted multiple times in the past and fear future

I am sorry about that. I hope everything works well for you.

That’s not the end of the road. You can request a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) document. Consult with a few attorneys to explore your options. You may win in court, but it could take 2-3 years. If you have the time and patience, consider that option.

Also, as you mentioned, the location where you live is important. Consider that as well.

Congratulations! That is a lot of approval notices lol. Also, you said you got an action taken on your case email some months ago. how many of those did you get? And was your approval notice dated today or the day you got that email?
Thanks. It's dated today. I got an action was taken yesterday as well. And today When I got one more I was approved

Congratulations bro, It’s time to think about the next steps and have more discussion with your attorney, and may I ask how many actions taken you have got like after the interview and the threshold if you don’t mind, thanks!

Thanks bro. I applied without an attorney. Got 3 Actions Taken for decision pending and one for Decision Issued.
