Waiting Asylum decision

Don't be nervous. This is very typical for USCIS to take months to make a decision.
I'm personally waiting for 9 months.
Check status once a day but don't overstress.

No one knows why some cases take longer than others to decide. (except for cases from muslim countries, where USCIS does some prolonged background checks).

What office was your case in ?
 
Was I approved? I am Still waiting for the decision letter but got this update today.
Interviewed was completed in February 2025.

I was pending asylum interview for many years. Got notice January and take the interview in February 2025.

I entered the states legally many years ago and have not left the country.

Hope I answered your question, I don’t know my status I was able to work on c08 EAD during the wait period

Thank you very much for your reply. I had the interview in March, and I hope to receive the result in April.
