Nice less than a year, many people here waited years for a decision/interview , I particularly had to sue to get my interview. Congrats

Congratulations. After the interview had your case status been changed to "application is pending ?

No, after the interview, the status stayed as “Decision is Pending” all the time. It only changed today when I received the result. Don’t worry—this status doesn’t mean much. People get approved under all kinds of statuses. Stay positive!

Thank you for the positive energy you have shared. Actually my current status is neither decision is pending nor application is pending, it has been stuck in "a biometric appointment was scheduled" for 55 days. Since I received a biometric notice code 3 to my minor child two weeks after completed the interview. Although my child had done biometric code 2 after submitted the asylum application.

Thanks for sharing your update. I just wanted to let you know that I had a very similar situation. I actually received my approval yesterday, and only after that, my case status changed to “A biometric appointment was scheduled”—even though I had already done biometrics last year.

So based on my experience, I believe this status might actually indicate that your case is already approved, and the system is just going through some internal updates. Wishing you all the best—I think your good news might be coming very soon!

Update guys,

I was told not to go and pick up decision on Tuesday, they called me today and gave me a date for a second interview, and I am wondering how I should be prepared guys, thanks!

Hey what your time line was showing before they call you
Second interview its seem they want more statement about your case and which is good and opportunity for approval

Stay strong bro

Congratulations to everyone who got approval , however pls be careful to say that statuses are not important, the trend shows approval most likely if fees were waived , USCIS has another system upgrade today and they have done like 4/5 in the last 5 months , that may be responsible for the lag , however I believe anything is possible also with God , so you can get approval anytime .

Thank you , is there a dependent in your application has turned 12 years and 9 months after the interview? And have you received a notice for the biometric appointment?
